For a long time, floor brick, and chemical plants commonly use ball mill to grind ceramic raw materials. For the ball mill has simple control frequency, it is easy to lead to the over-lapping of the materials and prolong the grinding recycle. It has the features of low grinding efficiency and high power consumption, large start-up current, which brings a lot of unnecessary trouble and serious waste of resources to the users. With the socio-economic development and the expansion of the production scale, this ball mill has been difficult to meet the user's needs, and became a serious impediment to the development of industrial enterprises. This has prompted people to develop a new type ball mill with smooth start, high grinding efficiency, large output, low energy consumption. In this case, the ceramic ball mill emerged; it is novel energy-saving milling equipment and mainly contains the transmission, cylinder device, feeding device, unloading equipment and electrical control devices. 

The basic electrical control device of ceramic ball 

Ceramic ball mill belongs to the low-speed heavy equipment with large loading capacity and starting torque. Ceramic industry ball mill usually use additional start motor to start or soft start, which will have a large impact on the power grid, and small torque after running. So it has a lot of space in the energy saving. 

Working principle of ceramic ball mill

This machine is a skeleton pattern ball mill with horizontal cylindrical turning gear, drive by outer gear and two hoppers. The material goes to the first hopper after the spiraling by the quill shaft from the feeding equipment. The hopper has ladder sheathing or corrugated sheathing with steel balls inside, which will fall under the effect of centrifugal force by barrel turning to ram hard and grind material. After the kibbling in the first hopper, by monolayer partition panel, the material will enter the second hopper, which has plane scale board with steel ball inside to grind material. The powder material will be discharged from the grid plate to finish the grinding.
