For example, when the jaw breaker is in operation, if the bolts of the jaw plate vibrate, the nut will loose, which will increase the wear and tear of the jaw plate and generate a great deal of noise, if serious, causing the falling off or the break of the jaw plate. Therefore, in order to be able to extend the service life of the jaw plate, the operators should frequently check the nuts and bolts to prevent the serious wear, thus extending the service life of the jaw plate, lower costs and improve work efficiency. In the use of the hammerhead, the operator should change the surface of the hammerhead, which can greatly prolong the service life of the hammerhead.
2, various types of hammerhead should match the crusher machinery
The basic principle to choose the hammerhead: the small hammerhead should be made of the high chromium and the large hammerhead should use the high manganese steel. The corrosive material is not suitable for forging hammerhead. The service life of the hammerhead in various regions (the cement plant, crushing plant) is not the same. It is necessary to make use of the advanced casting process and precised chemical analysis equipment and other hardware devices to prolong the life expectancy.
