Commissioning:
After the ball mill installation is complete, after passing inspection, you can make empty commissioning. Commissioning of the ball mill shall be carried out by a skilled ball mill operator, and strictly comply with the ball mill safety procedures.
1.The continuous operation time of empty running should be not less than 12 to 24 hours, the problems that are found in operation should be resolved.
2.If empty running is normal. Load test run should be carried out in stages. Load operation should be fed based on the discharging materials to avoid unnecessary ball and cylinder liner wear loss and damage.
