Bucket Conveyor
Bucket conveyor is suitable for conveying materials with a certain size in metallurgy, mining, construction, chemical, food and other industries. It comprises drive means (including a backstop device), the housing (including the horizontal section, the switchback section, the vertical section), and traction chain, hopper, head pulley and tail wheel in the body, and there is no housing feed zone and the unloading part at both ends of the device. The two sides of the hopper is connected with two parallel traction chain link through the coupling ring. The head wheel is provided with teeth coincide with the traction chain. Its transport is in the form of -shape,L-shape, Z-shape three types. The advantages are small size, low power consumption, flexible and seal transport.
Bucket elevator maintains a state-of-the-art design principles to ensure the reliability of machine operation, and it is easy to operate. Bucket conveyor has features of less maintenance, less wearing parts, low production costs, good sealing, less environmental pollution, small mechanical size compared with that of other types of hoist machinery.
Type TD with JB3926-85 vertical bucket enhance the machine design and manufacturing standards, compared with the conventional D-type bucket elevator , transmission efficiency, hopper type and preference should be given.
