Centrifugal ore mill is a new type of highly efficient and energy saving super fine grinding machine developed in recent years. Compared with common ball mill, centrifugal ore mill has the following advantages:
(1) The centrifugal ore mill replaces the gravity with inertia force impact the materials, which conforms to the principle of “more crushing and less grinding” and improves the ore grinding efficiency. Compared with the common grinding mills with the same input power, the external dimension of the centrifugal ore mill is decreased.
(2) The cost of the centrifugal ore mill is pretty low and is only 60%~70% of the ball mill with the same power.
(3) The weight of the centrifugal ore mill is only 1/2~1/5 of the ball mill with the same power, and it needs no crane, thus reducing the installation fees.
(4) There is changeable spare grinding cylinder for the centrifugal ore mill for the whole changing when the lining board is abraded, thus shortening the time of changing the lining board. Although the abrasion of the lining board of the cylinder of the centrifugal ore mill, with the convenient installation and dismantle of the cylinder, the continuity of the grinding process can still be ensured.
(5) When changing the rotation speed of the cylinder, the centrifugal ore mill can get different output and fineness in a wide range, which is a unique advantage of the centrifugal ore mill.
(6) When used for fine grinding, the unit energy consumption of the centrifugal ore mill is lower than that of ball mill. The application ranges of the centrifugal ore mill is pretty wide and it can be used for the ore grinding with high fineness requirement and also be used as flowable ore dressing equipment.
