Fine crushing before grinding significantly reduces materials particle size, thereby reducing the grinding system load; the most direct benefit of improving separating efficiency is we can timely separate finished fine powders to the maximum extent and reduce the rate of re-crushing finished cement products so that lower mill load; and mill reform, that is improving grinding system, is the most fundamental solution, because a lower mill system will still makes bad effect not only on ball mill output, but also cement quality, even if particle size reduced and separating efficiency improved.
